TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND CONCERNED MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC. (PACSWI)

SUBJECT : SEMINAR/FORUM ON 9 TO 11 MARCH 2016 AND 29 TO 31 MARCH 2016 IN CEBU CITY AND TAGAYTAY CITY, RESPECTIVELY

The Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will conduct a series of seminars/forums to one of the Pillars of Justice-the community/barangay on the following dates and venues:

9 to 11 March 2016 Golden Prince Hotel and Suites, Cebu City PACSWI National Officers and Members of PACSWI Visayas Cluster

29 to 31 March 2016 Tagaytay Internationl Convention Center, Tagaytay City PACSWI National Officers and Members of PACSWI Luzon Cluster

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the seminars/forums on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority for every seminar/forum shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Ms. Preciousa C. Macapuso, PACSWI National President, shall submit a report on the conduct of every seminar/forum with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
