TO: ALL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

MONTHLY OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONFERENCE AND REGIONAL CONSULATIVE MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2009 AT QUEZON CITY

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their monthly Directors/Officers Conference and Regional Consultative Meeting on September 25, 2009 at 11:00 o'clock in the morning at Quezon City .

Ail concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
