ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATON OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON APRIL 22-24, 2009

The national officers and members of the Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold their 7 th National Convention and Election of Officers on April 22-24, 2009 at the Bacolod Pavilion, Bacolod City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention and election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Severino M. Baesa, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention and election of officers.
