SUBJECT

: MEETING ON NOVEMBER 21 to 23, 2007 AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY

The National and Regional Officers of Court Legal Researchers' Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold a meeting on November 21 to 23, 2007 at the Hall of Justice, Regional Trial Court, Puerto Princesa City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/ Presiding Judge and the attendance thereat will not disrupt the court calendar.

Mr. Charlie A. Regilme, CLERAP President is directed to submit a report on the meeting within ten (10) days after the said meeting.
