NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE WORKING COMMITTEES OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES FROM OCTOBER 18 TO 19, 2010 OF CLERAP'S 8TH BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR WORKSHOP

The Court Legal Researchers' Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CLERAP) will hold its 8th Biennial National Convention and Seminar Workshop on October 20 to 22, 2010 in Cagayan de Oro City.

In connection therewith, the national officers, and members of the working committees are hereby authorized to be in Cagayan de Oro City from October 18 to 19, 2010 in order to coordinate, oversee anc' prepare for the forthcoming convention.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the preparatory activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Charlie A. Regilme, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
