SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) MONTH OF ATTY. FRANCISCO M. BILOG AND REVOCATION OF HIS NOTARIAL COMMISSION AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM REAPPOINTMENT AS NOTARY PUBLIC UNTIL THE END OF 2015

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Third Division dated 9 March 2015 in Administrative Case No. 10348, entitled "Samson G. To vs. Atty. Francisco M. Bilog," to wit:

The Court resolves to AFFIRM the Resolution No. XX-2013-763 passed on June 21, 2013 by the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines adopting the report and recommendation dated July 10, 2012 of the investigating commissioner, but with modification reducing the suspension of respondent Atty. Francisco M. Bilog from the practice of law from three (3) months to one (1) month and revoking his notarial commission immediately, and disqualifying him from re-appointment as Notary Public until the end of 2015 with warning that repetition of the same act shall be dealt with more severely.

Respondent received on 22 April 2015 the Resolution dated 9 March 2015.
