ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND LEGAL RESEARCHERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS OF DAVAO CITY AND DAVAO DEL SUR

GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON DECEMBER 5-7, 1996, AT KRISTINE'S .RESTAURANT, BONIFACIO ST. , DAVAO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Davao City Chapter, will co-sponsor with the U. P. Law Center, a General Law Practice Institute to be held on December 5 -7, 1996, at Kristine's Restaurant, Bonifacio St., Davao City.

The judges, clerks of court and legal researchers concerned are hereby authorized to attend the Institute on OFFICIAL TIME provided that adjustments be made in their court calendars. All incidental expenses relative to said Institute shall be chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the Institute.
