TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT : 19th NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 19 TO 21 APRIL 2017 AT THE CROWN REGENCY RESORT AND CONVENTION CENTER, BORACAY, AKLAN

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines, Inc. (SCOPHIL) will hold its 19th National Convention on 19 to 21 April 2017 at the Crown Regency Resort and Convention Center, Boracay, Aklan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption in the court calendar:

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Mr. Fernando R. Regino, SCOPHIL National President, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the convention, including the complete list of the court personnel who attended the same, within ten (10) days from its conclusion.
