ALL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (METCJAP)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY MEETING ON 17 TO 18 MARCH 2011 AT THE MAGIC LAGOON RESTOBAR BICENTENNIAL PARK, RI2AL HIGHWAY, SUBIC BAY FREEPORTZONE

The Officers and Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hoid its quarterly meeting on 17 to 18 March 2011 at the Magic Lagoon Restobar Bicentennial Park, Rizal Highway, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria -Zoraida S. Zabat Tuazon, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report regarding the meeting within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
