REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7383 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN GUILLERMO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN GUILLERMO HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of San Guillermo, Province of Isabela, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the San Guillermo Health Infirmary.
SEC. 2. The purpose of this Act is to provide adequate health services directly and promptly to the people of the town of San Guillermo, Province of Isabela.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
