ALL LOCAL CHAPTER PRESIDENTS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL) BASED AT THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION

SUBJECT: 1 ST SPECIAL MEETING ON JULY 22, 2005 AT 9:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT THE SUPREME COURT, OCA CONFERENCE ROOM

The Local Chapter Presidents of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) based at the National Capital Judicial Regional will hold its First Special Meeting on July 22, 2005 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning at the Supreme Court, OCA Conference Room.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Almazar, COSTRAPHIL National Preaftlent, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) d/ys from the date of the meeting.
