TO: ALL MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON APRIL 27, 28 and 29, 2005 AT LUCENA CITY

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its biennial National Convention, Seminar and Election of Officers on April 27, 28 and 29, 2005 at Lucena City

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

The President of the association shall submit to this office a complete report on the convention together with the list of participants within ten (10) days after the said convention.
