Attendance of the Members of the Regional Procurement Planning Committees for the 3rd And 11th Judicial Regions, the GSU Chiefs of RCAO-3 and RCAO-11, and the RCAO-7 GSU to the Validation Workshop on Regional Procurement Planning

WHEREAS , the orientation on and roll-out of regional procurement planning was conducted in the 3rd, 7th and 11th Judicial Regions;

WHEREAS , the Regional Procurement Planning Committees (RPPCs) for the 3rd and 11th Judicial Regions, as well as the General Services Unit of RCAO-7 has consolidated the procurement plans of all court branches and offices of the clerk of court in their respective regions to come up with their regional procurement plans;

WHEREAS , these procurement plans are subsequently incorporated in the Annual Procurement Plan of the Judiciary;

WHEREAS , there is a need to conduct a workshop for these regional procurement plans in plenary to validate and fine-tune the same and make the necessary revisions in accordance with the Annual Procurement Plan as approved by the Supreme Court en bane;

WHEREFORE , the members of the RPPCs for the 3rd and 11th Judicial Regions, the GSU Chiefs of said regions, RCAO-7's Assistant Regional Court Administrator for Administrative ''Services and GSU are hereby authorized to attend the Validation Workshop on 9-11 February 2011 in Cebu City, as follows:
