ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND LAWYERS OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN MINDANAO

SUBJECT:

2ND MINDANAO IBP CONVENTION AND OLYMPICS ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2010, OCTOBER 1 AND 2, 2010, IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Misamis Oriental Chapter will host the 2nd Mindanao IBP Convention and Olympics on September 30, 2010, October 1 and 2, 2010, in Cagayan de Oro City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Dale Bryan D. Mordeno, President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Misamis Oriental Chapter shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
