TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT : 16th NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON JULY 9 TO 11, 2014 AT THE SMX LANANG DAVAO CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its 16 th National Convention, Seminar and Election of Officers on July 9 to 11, 2014 at the SMX Eanang, Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention, seminar and election of officers, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, PACE President, shall submit a report on the activities with a complete list of all court personnel who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
