SUBJECT: ISSUANCE OF THE EN BANC RESOLUTION DATED 2 OCTOBER 2018 IN A.M. NO. 02-11-10-SC (RE: RULE ON DECLARATION OF ABSOLUTE NULLITY OF VOID MARRIAGES AND ANNULMENT OF VOIDABLE MARRIAGES) AND A.M. NO. 02-11-11- SC (RE: RULE ON LEGAL SEPARATION)

For the information, guidance, and strict compliance of all the designated and statutory Family Court Judges of the Regional Trial Courts (RTCs), the Honorable Court En Bane issued a Resolution dated 2 October 2018 in A.M. No. 02-11-10- SC (Re: Rule on Declaration of Absolute Nullity of Void Marriages and Annulment of Voidable Marriages) and A.M. No. 02-11-11-SC (Re: Rule on Legal Separation) approving the Proposed Guidelines to Validate Compliance with the Jurisdictional Requirement Set Forth in A.M. No. 02-11-10-SC, the full text of which is appended herein as Annex "A" for immediate reference.
