OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) IN REGION 1,2, 3 AND CAR

SUBJECT:

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON APRIL 14 TO 15, 2011 IN BAGUIO CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) of Regions 1, 2, 3 and CAR will hold its Regional General-Assembly (by cluster) on April 14 to 15, 2011 in Baguio City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
