TO : ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE NORTHERN LUZON REGION

SUBJECT: INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES NORTHERN LUZON REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 28 NOVEMBER TO 1 DECEMBER 2018 AT THE PULSAR HOTEL, TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines will hold its biennial Northern Luzon Regional Convention on 28 November to 1 December 2018 (Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday) at the Pulsar Hotel, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, with the theme, "Lawyers Leading in Constructive Change for Good Government."

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 28-29 November 2018 (Wednesday and Thursday) on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
