SUBJECT

: SEMINAR - WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS ON APRIL 10, 1997 IN BACOLOD CITY

The judges of Bacolod City, in coordination with the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA), will conduct a seminar-workshop on " Total Quality Management in courts (TQM)" for all judges of Negros Occ, clerks of court., branch clerks of court and legal researchers of Bacolod City on April 10, 1997.

The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten(10) days from date of the seminar-workshop.
