7TH NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON MARCH 24-26, 2010 AT TAGAYTAY , ,INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTERTAGAYTAY CITY

The officers and members of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold their 7th National Convention on March 24 to 26, 2010 at the Tagaytay International Convention Center, Tagaytay City.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Tagaytay City on 22 and 23 March 2010, in preparation for their respective committee assignments, to wit:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Clint P. Asis, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days after the said convention.
