SUBJECT:

8 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON SEPTEMBER 5-8, 2006 AT THE EAST ASIA ROYAL HOTEL, GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The request of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Davao City judges. that th^ attendance of judges to the 8 |h National Convention of (he Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines to be held on September 5 to-8, 2006 at East Asia Royal Hotel, General Santos City be considered on official time/official business chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, is GRANTED.

All concerned are therefore authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable] to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Ma. Ruby Bithao-Camarista, President shall submit a report to this office within ten (10) days after the said convention.

This amends OCA Circular no. 85-2006 dated 8 June 2006.
