I OBJECTIVES

This Order is issued to amend certain portion in RMO No. 7-2019 relative to the BIR Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPis) for CY 2019.

I. Amendment

Amending the "Il. Policies, No. 4" of RMO No. 7-2019, particularly for KP! No. 9 Reduction of valid TAMP Stop-Filer Cases wherein the LT Document Processing & Quality Assurance Division (LTDPQAD) is excluded from the implementing office (s).

The related portion of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 7-2019 which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and amended accordingly.

Iv. EFFECTIVITY

This Order takes effect immediately
