AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES,BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, AND COURT SOCIAL WORKERS OF THE DESIGNATED FAMILY COURTS OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) AND REGION IV AT THE 5TH REGIONAL MULTI- SECTORAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS JUSTICE (ADVANCED LEVEL)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Adhikain Para Sa Karapatang Pambata - Ateneo Human Rights Center (AKAP-AHRC), and The Asia Foundation (TAF), will conduct the 5 th Regional Multi-Sectoral Seminar-Workshop on Juvenile & Domestic Relations Justice (Advanced Level) for the Judges, Branch Clerks of Court, and Court Social Workers of the designated Family Courts of the NCJR and Region IV from 25 to 27 January 2006, at the CSB Hotel (Angelo King International Center), Arellano Ave. corner Estrada St., Manila.

The attendance of the participants in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
