NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT :

2ND NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON FEBRUARY 17, 2012 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, SUPREME COURT, MANILA

The National Officers and Board of Directors of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold its 2nd board meeting on February 17, 2012 at the OCA Conference Room, Supreme Court, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jerlie P. Luis-Requerme, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
