For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Second Division of this Court dated 11 November 2005 , in Administrative Case No. 5708 entitled, "Bernardo A. Tadlip vs. Atty. Fidel H. Borres, Jr." ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Fidel H. Borres, Jr. from the practice of law for six (6) months.
The decision was received by the respondent on 16 December 2005.
