SUBJECT:
OATH-TAKING OF THE NEWLY-ELECTED NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE CLERAP ON JUNE 18, 2004
The oath-taking of the newly-elected national officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) before the Honorable Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr. shall be on June 18, 2004 .
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the oath-taking ceremony on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to the prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.
