TO : ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF SHARI'A DISTRICT AND CIRCUIT COURTS

SUBJECT: REQUEST OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR RELEVANT RECORDS OR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS TO HELP ESTABLISH IDENTITIES OF INDIVIDUALS HELD BY MALAYSIAN AUTHORITIES

In her 26 March 2013 letter, Hon. Leila M. de Lima, Secretary, Department of Justice, requested for records or documents which may help establish the identities and nationalities of the following individuals:

1. ATIK HUSSIN BIN ABU BAKAR 2.LIN BIN MAD SALLEH 3. HOLLAND BIN KALBI 4. BASAD H. MANUEL 5. TIMHAR BIN HADIR / TIHMAR BIN HADIR 6. HABIL BIN SUHAILI 7. KADIR B. BUYONG / KADIR BIN BUYONG 8. LATIN BIN TIONG

Henceforth, the Presiding Judges and the Clerks of Court of all Shari'a District and Circuit Courts are hereby DIRECTED to check all the records of cases in their respective courts for information relative to the identities and nationalities of the above mentioned individuals; and to submit the information requested to the Office of the Court Administrator, within 3 days from notice, through the OCA webmail at http://oca.iudiciary.qov.ph/contact.php . Presiding Judges of Shari'a District Courts are further instructed to ensure the compliance of Shari'a Circuit Courts under their supervision with this directive.
