For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 02 February 2015 in Administrative Case No. 1210 entitled "Vicente A. Garcia vs. Atty. Marino L. Cueto," to wit:

The Court RESOLVES to LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law of respondent Atty. Marino L. Cueto for six (6) months, as mandated in the Decision dated 28 May 1990, and ALLOW him to RESUME his practice of law.
