REPUBLIC ACT No. 1044 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE COMMUNAL BARRIO SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, TO FILEMON SAMACO MEMORIAL SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Communal Barrio School in the municipality of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is changed to Filemon Samaco Memorial School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
