TO: THE CONCERNED JUDGES IN THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN CENTRAL LUZON, PANGASINAN, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION, AND WESTERN MINDANAO
SUBJECT: DIALOGUES ON THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE NEW RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE
The Core Committee for the National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure has come up with the first draft of the new rules. In order to solicit comments from the different stakeholders, including trial court judges, Justice Roberto A. Abad, the Conference Chairman, will be holding several dialogues on the subject.
In connection therewith, the concerned first and second level court judges are hereby authorized to attend the following scheduled dialogues, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:

20 May 2013 (1:00 p.m.) Heroes Hall, San Fernando, Pampanga Judges in the first and second level courts in Central Luzon and Pangasinan IBP Central Luzon
23 May 2013 (1:30 p.m.) Occupational safety and Health Center, North Avenue cor. Agham Road,Quezon City Judges in the first and second level courts of the National Capital Region IBP Greater Manila Area
29 May 2013 (1:00 p.m) Elena Tower Inn, Iligan City Judges in the first and second level courts of Western Mindanao IBP Western Mindanao
Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, Secretary, Core Committee for the National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure, shall submit a copy of the attendance sheet of each dialogue to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within five (5) days from the conclusion of the dialogue.
This circular amends OCA Circular No. 65-2013 dated 17 May 2013.
