TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY MEETING ON JULY 24 TO 25, 2014 AT THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT, BRANCH 36, QUEZON CITY

The officers and board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold their quarterly meeting on July 24 to 25, 2014 at the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 36, Quezon City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Leilani Marie Dacanay-Grimares, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the meeting with a complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 85-2014 dated June 4, 2014.
