JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS IN CAMARINES SUR

SUBJECT :

TREE PLANTING PROJECT ON FEBRUARY 16, 2011 AT THE STO. NINO, OCAMPO, CAMARINES SUR

The Judges of the Regional Trial Courts in Camahnes Sur in partnership with the Provincial Government will participate in the Green Camahnes Sur Program dubbed as "EL VERDE-12 Million Trees by 2012" on February 16, 2011 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at the Sto. Nino, Ocampo, Camarines Sur.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Jaime E. Contreras, Executive Judge of Naga City, Camarines Sur shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the activity within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the aforementioned event.
