The Training Program shall be held from 12 to 14 March 2001 at the De La Salle University (DLSU)-College of St. Benilde Angelo King International Center at the corner of Arellano Avenue and Estrada Street, Malate, Manila (see enclosed site map).

Registration at the St. Benilde Angelo King International Center shall start at 7:30 in the morning, Monday, 12 March 2001. Participants may check in at the St. Benilde Angelo King International Center on Sunday afternoon, 11 March 2001. All participants shall check out of the St. Benilde Angelo King International Center in the afternoon of Wednesday, 14 March 2001.

Attendance in the Training Program shall be mandatory and on official business. All travel expenses properly documented shall be reimbursed. Formal business attire is required. No companion and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
