AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SUPREME COURT SUB-COMMITTEE ON COMMERCIAL COURTS, SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES AND SELECTED PAIRING COURT JUDGES OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION, REGIONS 4 AND 5 AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS AT THE SEMINAR ON THE RULES OF PROCEDURE ON FINANCIAL REHABILITATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American Bar Association-Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI) will conduct a Seminar on the Rules of Procedure on Financial Rehabilitation for Special Commercial Court Judges and Selected Pairing Court Judges of the National Capital Judicial Region, Regions 4 and 5 and Other Stakeholders on August 8, 2014, Friday, at the Traders Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, Manila.
