SUBJECT:

12 th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF NATIONAL OFFICERS AT CEBU CITY ON 7, 8 AND 9, MAY 2003

The 12th National Convention and Elections of National Officers of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) scheduled on April 23, 24 and 25, 2003 at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City has been moved to May 7, 8 and 9, 2003 at Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of convention.

This amends OCA Circular No. 50-2002 dated 30 September 200 26 March 2003.
