REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6293 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANIMAL BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OP TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, an animal breeding station in the Municipality of Tabaco, Province of Albay, to be known as the Tabaco Animal Breeding Station.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
