SUBJECT : IMPLEMENTATION OF ON-COLL FACILITY FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE JDF AND SAJ FUND ACCOUNTS

The Court En Banc in its Resolution dated 19 January 2016 in Administrative Matter No. 16-01-03-SC, APPROVED the Memorandum of Agreement between the Supreme Court and the Land Bank of the Philippines on the use of the ON-COLL Facility relative to the collection of the JDF and SAJ fund accounts.

In connection therewith, the following clerks of courts/officers-in-charge are hereby AUTHORIZED/DIRECTED to attend on OFFICIAL TIME the orientation on the pilot implementation on the use of the ON-COLL Facility on the National Capital Judicial Region, on Tuesday, 29 March 2016 at the Division Hearing Room, Supreme Court New Building, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p. m., with prior permission from their respective Executive Judges/Presiding Judges:
