AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF EMPLOYEES N THE OFFICE OF ASSOCIATE JUSTICE ANTONIO T. CARPIO TO ATTEND THE TEAM ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING WORKSHOP

The Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Services will conduct a Team Assessment and Planning Workshop at Estancia Resort Hotel-Zone II, Brgy. San Jose, Tagaytay City, Cavite on May 20-22, 2016.

The Team Assessment and Planning Workshop aims to:

- enhance team productivity - assess and realize the success indicators of the previous plans - identify the office's short term, medium term and long term goals - identify the dynamics that contribute to team effectiveness - discuss the expectation of each member as team members of the organization - define the importance of the role of the members in the office - identify and discuss the factor of change and how to deal with it
