This Court noted the "Compliance" of National Transmission Commission (TRANSCO) filed on March 11, 2013 (on the compromise judgment) and the "Compliance" filed on April 26, 2013 (on the Court's Resolution dated April 10, 2013). Furthermore, this Court noted the "Comment" filed by the Province of Bataan and the City of Balanga in the Resolution dated June 20, 2013 from which the Province of Bataan and City of Balanga certify that the certified true copies of the disbursement voucher and official receipt that TRANSCO submitted to this Court are one and the same with the copies of the said documents in the possession of the Province of Bataan and the City of Balanga, and the same evinced TRANSCO's payment of its franchise tax as final settlement of the subject tax claims by the Province of Bataan and the City of Balanga. Evidently, TRANSCO has complied with the terms and conditions set forth in their compromise agreement. WHEREFORE, premises considered, the above- captioned case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
