RE : ATTENDANCE AT THE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION/ WORKSHOP ON THE BENCHBOOKS ON CORPORATE REHABILITATION AND LIQUIDATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) - AGILE, will hold a Rountable Discussion/Workshop on the Benchbooks on Corporate Rehabilitation and Liquidation on September 12, 2002, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at

The Benchbooks, which were prepared by Attorneys Francis Lim and Manny Yngson, have been presented to the Academy's consultants, who approved it with suggested revisions and subject to such changes as may be suggested in this Discussion/Workshop. Participants include judges of NCR-based commercial courts, as well , as insolvency practitioners and representatives of concerned government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Philippine Deposit Insurance Company.
