TO : ALL SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS NAMED HEREIN

SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AT THE TRAINING ORIENTATION ON THE PHILIPPINE INTER-COUNTRY ADOPTION PROGRAM

The Inter-Country Adoption Board (ICAB) will hold a Training Orientation on the Philippine Inter-Country Adoption Program for Region III as part of its ongoing networking and advocacy function

The following Social Welfare Officers of Region III are authorized to attend the Training Orientation on official time:

1. Ms. Marina C. Filiciano RTC-OCC, Malolos, Bulacan

2. Mr. Solomon E. Pechardo, Jr. RTC-OCC, Malolos, Bulacan

3. Ms. Alicia R. Vinuya RTC-OCC, Guimba, Nueva Ecija

4. Ms. Jocelyn F. Pangilinan RTC-OCC, Gapan, Nueva Ecija

5. Ms. Normita R. Mercado RTC-OCC, Guagua, Pampanga

6. Ms. Victoria M. de Jesus RTC-OCC, Macabebe, Pampanga

7. Mr. Honorato Q. Manguera RTC-OCC, Tarlac City

8. Ms. Rodelia R. Fulgar RTC-OCC, Iba, Zambales

9. Ms. Babylin V. Tayag RTC-OCC, Angeles City

10. Ms. Clemencia L. Basa RTC-OCC,San Fernando, Pampanga

The training for Region III will be held from 7 to 9 November 2001 at the Oasis ; Country Resort, Sevilla, San Fernando City (La Union). Registration starts at 8:00 o'clock in [the morning on November 7, 2001. The ICAB will shoulder the costs of hotel i accommodations, meals and registration of the participants. However, transportation | expenses shall not be reimbursable.

Social Welfare Officers interested in attending the training may avail themselves of the financial assistance that their respective local governments may offer.

A report on the attendance should be submitted by the ICAB to 1(10) days from the date of the training this Office within ten
