TO: ALL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES ASSOCIATION
SUBJECT: QUARTERLY MEETING
The Officers of the Philippine Women Judges Association (PJWA) regularly holds its meeting once every three (3) months, in the National Capital Region or as agreed upon, in any other place in the country.
All concerned are hereby allowed to attend the said quarterly meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
A report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days after each meeting.
