For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Court En Banc dated 31 March 2006, in Administrative Case No. 6705 entitled, " Ruth Lim-Santiago vs. Atty. Carlos B. Saguico " ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Carolos B. Sagucio from the practice of law of six (6) months, effective upon finality on this decision.

The decision was received by the respondent on 25 April 2006. Respondent did not file any motion for reconsideration.
