For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Second Division dated 23 March 2015 in Administrative Case No. 8776, entitled "Antonina S. Sosa vs. Atty. Manuel V. Mendoza," to wit:

WHEREFORE, premises considered, ATTY. MANUEL V. MENDOZA is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one (1) year for violation of Rule 1.01 of the Code of Professional Responsibility with a STERN WARNING that commission of the same or similar offense in the future will result in the imposition of a more severe penalty

In a Resolution dated 17 August 2015, the Court DEEMED AS SERVED the returned and unserved copy of this Decision dated 23 March 2015 sent to the respondent.
