SUBJECT :

10th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON AUGUST 23 TO 25, 2011 AT THE WATERFRONT HOTEL AND CASINO, CEBU CITY

The Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) wii! hold its 10th National Convention and Seminar on August 23 to 25, 2011 at Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Cebu City.

Ail concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Cecilio N. Tobillo, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report regarding the convention/seminar within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
