For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 9 February 2016 in Administrative Case No. 5325, entitled "Nemesio Floran and Caridad Floran v. Atty. Roy Prule Ediza", to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Roy Prule Ediza, having violated the Code of Professional Responsibility by committing grave misconduct and willful insubordination, is DISBARRED and his name ordered STRICKEN OFF the Roll of Attorneys y effective immediately.
