TO :All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned

concerned, we are publishing herein the attached "Updated List of Microfinance NGOs Accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of May 26, 2020 For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers, employees and others

for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC. otherwise known as the "Microfinance NGO Act", a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 10693.

All concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circular a wide publicity as possible.
