For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officiais, employees and others concerned, this Circular is being issued to publish and disseminate the Civil Service Commission (CsC) Resolution No. 1800923 Promulgated on August 29. 2018 and cSC Memorandum Circular No. 18, s. 2018 Re: Attendance in Continuing Professional Development Courses and Renewal of Professional Identification Cards (PICs) On Official Time.
All revenue officials, employees and others concerned are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly and give this Circular as wide publicity as possible.

Attendance,of governmemt professionals in CPD Courses shall 'be corsidered on official time for purposes of meeting the required CPD units as prescribed by their respective Professional Regulatory Board (Annex J of the tmpiementing Ruies and Regulations of the CP[ Act).
