AN ACT CONVERTING THE FORESHORE OF THE BARRIO OF NAVOTAS, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, INTO A TOURIST RESORT TO BE KNOWN AS NAVOTAS TOURIST RESORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The foreshore of Barrio Navotas, Municipality of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby converted into a tourist resort to be known as Navotas Tourist Resort.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
