TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

SUBJECT : ANNUAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON NOVEMBER 14 TO 16, 2013 AT THE FAMILY COUNTRY HOTEL, GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) will hold its Annual Convention and Seminar on November 14 to 16, 2013 at the Family Country Hotel, General Santos City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Alfred Alex L. Castillo, President of the PTJLI, shall submit a report on the conduct of the convention and seminar (including the list of judges who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
